In the month of October, the IPhD Scientific Meetings once again provided a place for our researchers and scholars to share their latest insights, fostering innovation and collaboration within the academic community. We extend our appreciations to the presenters for their commitment to the pursuit of knowledge.

For this month, our presenters were:

October 4th: Luca Trinchão and Roberto Zurita

On this date, we gathered for our Monthly Scientific Meeting at iPhD, featuring two presentations. Luca Trinchão presented his insights into “Enhancing nonlinear optics through dynamic spectral control in photonic molecules,” while Roberto Zurita shared his findings on Stimulated Brillouin Scattering in Lithium Niobate.

October 11th: Flávio Moraes

Continuing our series of talks, Flávio Moraes, a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Thiago Alegre’s group, shared his research on “Qubits control by optomechanical crystal cavities in polycrystalline diamond.” His presentation left us with remarkable insights into this promising field of study.

October 19th: Sabrina Gadelha Magalhães

Closing out this month, Sabrina Gadelha Magalhães showcased her work on “Development of a 2D material transference and stacking station based on 3D printing hardware.” Under the guidance of Professor Pierre Louis de Assis, Sabrina is making significant progress in her research journey, and her presentation highlighted the exciting developments in her work.

We from IPhD express our gratitude to all the researchers who shared their knowledge, ideas and progress with our community. For real-time updates on our activities, we invite you to follow us on Instagram (@iphd.unicamp). Join us!
